How about this blast from the past!  Delicious Steak and Mushroom concoction served up with Pasta and topped with Horse Radish Sour Cream and Herbs. $16

Salisbury Steak

The Chefs at the Blue Onion have created a delicious Salisbury Steak topped with savory Beef gravy! Mac n Cheese and Vegetables complete the deal. $16

Chicken Marsala or Piccata

Choose our Creamy Marsala Wine Chicken smothered in Mushrooms or pick Piccata in a fantastic Lemon Caper Sauce.  Served with Whipped Potatoes and Veggie. $16

The BOB’s Vegetarian Fettuccini

No need to be a vegetarian to like this great dish!  Veggies and Mushrooms tossed in Tomato Basil Cream Sauce topped with Parmesan. $14

Blue Onion Tofu Tacos

Blackened strips of Tofu sautéed with Peppers and Onions rolled in a Flour Tortilla with Romaine and Secret Sauce.  Sides with Pico, Sour Cream and Black Beans. $12

Panama Red

From our Breakfast Chef comes one of his favorites.  Three Eggs basted in Spicy Cilantro Lime Tomato Sauce served with Black Beans and Rice. $12

Pasta Pomodoro

Fresh! Fresh Fresh! Lots of Basil, Garlic and crushed Roma Tomatoes sautéed then tossed with Fettuccini and topped with Parmesan.  $12
